Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your Miss Careful product. In the event you feel that a Miss Careful product you purchased doesn’t perform the way you want or expect, please let us know. We are happy to issue you a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping & handing) upon receipt of the product within 10 days from the date of delivery.
We will gladly exchange your product as long as it’s unused.
Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment. Send an e-mail to support [at] email@example.com with your order number for directions. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.
Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival, and we will send you a confirmation by email. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
